Instagram Makes It Even Easier For Businesses

Instagram is constantly innovating different features. It’s one of the fastest-growing platforms along with Facebook, which is its owner company. One of the new things they have announced is a button that will be added to certain profiles. Online, those Instagram that are business-related will have it available.
This new “Contact” button will allow anyone to contact that brand or business directly through email without having to leave the platform. And not just that, but those profiles will also have additional information about the company, like its address. The objective is to make it even easier for the consumer, to have businesses even closer to the customers. Plus, it’s also a big help for the business as well.
At the moment, only a few accounts have them, since they’re still more or less testing it out. But in a few weeks time (maybe months, but let’s hope not), we’ll be seeing it on many other well-known accounts. This will be a great way not only make contact between client and company much easier, but also to generate an even bigger income thanks to that platform with millions of users, where there are thousands of companies active on it on a daily basis.

Instagram Users Against New Changes
Instagram Users Against New Changes
Instagram has barely changed since we first started using it. They did take the cover collage and change the general structure of Instagram profiles, but overall it’s all the same. But now, they want to make a really big change… and people aren’t too fond of it.

Instagram wants images to stop appearing in chronological order and, instead, appear by relevance. They claim that that way, good yet old pictures won’t get lost under all your other great new pictures; it’s like a way of keeping the most important pictures on top. People are assuming this social website is following the steps of it’s bigger brother: Facebook.
For those who don’t remember, Instagram was purchased by Facebook quite some time ago. And Facebook already updated to its new timeline, where you can go on someone’s profile, and now you’ll see posts ordered in a more or less chronological order, but the most popular posts will appear first.
Instagram’s users aren’t very fond of this. They claim that Instagram will lose its essence. In fact, people are so against it that they’ve started a campaign on Change.org that got 66000 signatures. Some say that it wouldn’t be such a bad idea if at least you could decide what appears on your profile. As in, if you want to have it in chronological order, then you can. If you want it ordered by the most popular, then you can have that too!

Since the whole Esenna O’Neill thing a few days ago, lots of people are going insane trying to figure out what’s real or not on Instagram. Lots of people are criticizing others on this social site claiming their pictures are completely fake and artificial. Are things starting to get out of hand?

Instagram Gifs with VSCO
Instagram is mainly about uploading pictures. And, obviously, all pictures are static. You can also upload videos, which are similar to Vine but can last a bit longer. However, recently people have been considering the attractiveness of being able to upload GIFs to Instagram, so some apps have tried adding new tools for this on their software.

Instagram Hits 400 Million Active Users!
Instagram Hits 400 Million Active Users!
You’ve probably heard about a thousand times that Instagram is one of the most used social networks nowadays. What you probably didn’t know it’s that it’s also the one that’s growing the quickest. This growth has become noticeable about three years ago, but also after Instagram was purchased by Facebook. Now, it’s got more followers than ever and an incredible income we couldn’t even imagine.

Instagram’s followers have been growing at an impressive rate. And during these past couple of years, most users were from Europe and Asia. In fact, one of the countries with most users joining Instagram this past year is Japan!
This year, the company has reached 400 million active users every month! That’s just some crazy activity most companies would kill for. But hey, they worked hard for this and they deserve it.
Also, as you may have hear before, Instagram is exploring new ways to add ads to the online platform and app. And this would also increase the income they’ve got. Their objective is to make sure about 200 countries around the world get access to the ads they’re going to be adding. Now, you might be thinking that ads are annoying and nobody wants them. Well, if that’s what you think then you clearly haven’t read about the new ones they want to ad. Long story short: they want to add interactive ads where you can purchase an item even if you see it on a model on a picture uploaded to Instagram. It’s the most simple and comfortable way to use ads, don’t you think?

For Facebook, Twitter or Instagram – Apps Must Be Simple
It was already said by Mark Zuckerberg when he pronounced a speech at the F8, an event devoted to software developers held in Fort Mason, a former US Army military post now used as a site of cultural facilities – Facebook is no more a mere social networking site, it’s an app world. It remains the head of that world, but Instagram and WhatsApp have become their strongest points.
They should certainly be the strongest points, as they were purchased for no less than 18 billion dollars (Facebook purchased Instagram for one billion and WhatsApp for 17 billion USD). What is their secret? How have they had such an amazing success? The answer is pretty simple: they’re quick, they’re easy and they’re reliable.
